Berry Delicious' chocolate-covered jalapeños are this year's hottest Valentine's Day candy in Elsa, Texas. Yvonne Sandoval says sales of the spicy peppers have been brisk. "We've always kinda geared towards the fruit, but this time we said let's try something spicy. So we tried chocolate-covered jalapenos. It's been pretty popular."
